I took this picture from 3rd floor in my office seeing this guy with a bike and a bucket of water not watering the plants but providing car wash to the office staff in my area.

It should be noted and the bad things. Washing machine water on bicycles because it is everything. so their living. If they have a firm would come equipped with washing machine and just kind of tools. Solution for environmental defense is not to be poor.
